Samantha

So about a month or so ago, I did a senior portrait shoot with a girl named Sam. (yes, that's how bad I am at blogging!) We rode together to "the spot" and really hit it off. She was a natural in front of the camera-- workin' it somethin' fierce. :) I was proud of her! These are her favorites.

The Wedding Journey of Jenn Wiker: The Bridal Shower

I had the honor of capturing a pre-engagement shoot, an engagement shoot, and now the bridal shower, as the "Wiker Wedding Journey" continues. This is the most creative group of girls I've worked with yet! Every little detail was thought of!!! This was the table at the entryway. Jenn's colors are black and green, with a damask theme.

The girls made Jenn a special gift: a wine rack with various wines-- some that they have already had on special occasions, and some to use for future special occasions!

The girls were proud because it made her cry. :)

Custom-designed menus on pearl paper, and green napkins gave the tables added flair.

Even the favor boxes had their own custom labels.

It was a good surprise- she had no idea. As you'll see below (after this pic), Jenn-- who is the most organized person ever-- bought her own shower outfit and gave it to Tiff (Maid of Honor) to bring to her shower..."whenever it is". So after the surprise, there was a wardrobe change.

There were some thoughtful toasts, and good food. Good times had by all! Then came the gifts. Some of them were just as creative as the shower details.

They made my "pre-wedding-shop-therapy-and-registry-completer" gift card look bad.

Tracy & Celso

Tracy and Celso...such a fun couple, and so OBVIOUSLY in love! They got married on short notice; Tracy planned the whole affair in three weeks!!! I was only shooting for the ceremony, but we got tons of keepers. I'm honored to have captured your day guys!

The Merion Tribute House Wedding

Saturday I shot with Mike at the Merion Tribute House for Christina and Dan's wedding. The affair was refreshingly simple and laid back, yet elegant. Christina was such a calm, go-with-the-flow kind of bride, and it shows in the beautiful photographs we captured. She and Dan wanted nothing more than to bring their nearest and dearest family and friends together to share their special day and celebrate their love.
